Final Project: Research and Reflect
Ms. Anis suggested to combine both tarot card and brand design for our final design. We then improved our designs on both the tarot cards and brand design. We browse through some tarot card websites and dissected on the tarot card as well as the symbolisms of the cards. From our data collection the meaning of the cards needs to be clear and easy to understand.
Sixth meeting
We decided to make the 22 major arcana tarot cards where we will incorporate the 3 mythical figures which are Oni, Evil eye and Medusa into the tarot cards. We decided which tarot card is more suitable for which mythical figures so that it makes sense. After dividing the 3 mythical figures to their own tarot cards, we started writing short descriptions of what visuals that we can include into the tarot cards. Each of us was tasked to create 3-4 designs, since we already did 3 sketches of the tarot cards in our proposal we needed to complete the other 19 cards including the back cover I chose to create sketches for "The Hermit", "Strength", "The Devil", "The World". I also created the Roman numerical numbers for the tarot card as well as the borders for the tarot card.
Sketches
This are the sketches that i created for this tarot card
but was later redefined by our group member Sasilvia.

Reflections
This was a very fun and restless module i got too create fun cards with my groupmates and learning how a tarot card should be. It was tiring but the interactions made me forget all that it although it was a short sem it didn't feel like a short sem. I got to learn a lot from this module as to cultures, designs, tradition, and etc.
